Editing Services

What a feat it is to put pen to paper or fingers to keyboard and let words flow. Once you have those words, what next?

I am here to catch every typo, dropped comma, and break in point-of-view. I aim to respect your style, strengthen your voice, and praise what you’ve done well while pointing out what could be smoothed. I am passionate about helping you polish your work until it shines as it should. Trained in rhetorical composition, I love perfecting punctuation and editing manuscripts of all genres.

Whether you’re seeking traditional publication or considering the self-publishing route, I have worked with other authors like you. I also have experience with international writers and those whose native language is not English.

What You Can Expect

I will read every line (and between them, too) and point out suggestions using Word’s Track Changes feature, so you must have Microsoft Word to see my comments. If you would like me to line edit, I’ll show you any typos or grammar errors. If you would prefer a more intense examination of your work, I will not only proofread but also help you cut the fluff, kill the passive, and unleash your best writing voice.
